The Sink/Source jumper selects for a group of 4 inputs the internal pull-up
of 4.4 KOhm to Vdc power or pull-down of 4.4 KOhm to Gnd.With the jumper the input function will be inverted, the LEDs are also inverted;
when an input is connected to Gnd when 'sink' is selected the LED light up,
when an input is connected to Vdc power when 'Source' is selected the LED will light up.
