Write outputs (direct, latched, one-shot, one-shot latched, Set / Clear output)
Read output status (status, short circuit, noload, over temperature, over voltage)
Set event mask (status, short circuit, noload, over temperature, over voltage)
Set output one shot timers (separate time on each output)
