| Note: Current limiting is performed by limiting the power dissipation of the
output switches to 15W, so short circuit current is higher when the voltage
across switch is lower. When the short circuit lasts, the internal temperature of the output switch will rise and the software will switch off the short-circuited outputs. Capacitive loads. When the output is loaded with a large capacity (200 uF or more), the
software may report a 'short-circuit' when the output is switched on and the
capacity isn't charged above 4 Volts within 5 milli-seconds. |
